Jussi has more than 25 years of global high technology business leadership experience. He led Finnish origin and US-based Solid Information Technology from early-stage technology development and positioned it for acquisition by IBM. In addition, he has contributed to many successful companies as a CEO, investor, board chairman/member, and advisor. Jussi earned his master’s degree in software engineering, international marketing, and business strategy from the Helsinki University of Technology. He also holds a BA in music. Jussi is a keen sailor and enjoys being in nature. Hunting, fishing, and cooking are some of his personal interests.

Anna has extensive experience in human resource management in technology businesses ranging from startups to mature public companies. She has managed demanding organizational growth and transformation. By nature, Anna focuses on leadership, operational development and creating people practices that have significant, lasting business impact. An engineer by training, Anna has worked in R&D management and grew into global HR roles for Nokia and was a co-founder of PractiCol Ltd, a strategic HR partner for organizations from startups to public sector organizations. Anna holds an M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Oulu. In her free time Anna renovates a small cottage and community garden plot at the riverside of Oulu, and enjoys food adventuring around the Mediterranean.

Sami leads global licensing and business development activities for TactoTek. In managerial and executive positions, he has contributed to the success of several high tech companies. Sami’s experience includes IC Project Manager at Nokia, SVP Sales at Hantro, EVP Sales at Senseg, and SVP Sales at On2 Technologies Inc. In his postings in Finland, Japan, and Taiwan, Sami has shown his ability to work effectively across diverse cultures and markets and develop his facility with languages: Sami is a fluent speaker of Finnish, English, and Japanese. Sami holds an M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Oulu. He enjoys time with his wife and daughters, travels, reads, cooks, and enjoys water sports, SCUBA diving, and fishing.

Thomas Lipscomb is a seasoned leader with 25 years of experience driving technology innovation across the automotive and consumer sectors. Specializing in electro-mechanical systems, HMI, and connectivity, he focuses on enhancing user experiences. As Vice President of the Americas at TactoTek, Thomas leads sales, market expansion, and strategic partnerships while growing the IMSE® ecosystem. An avid skier, sports enthusiast, traveler, and dedicated father, Thomas enjoys coaching his three kids in various activities.

Sonja London oversees all legal matters as well as IP and licensing strategies of TactoTek. Before joining TactoTek, she worked with Nokia Patent Business for 14 years in various business leadership and legal roles. In her latest position she was leading Nokia’s Consumer Electronics licensing program; a global licensing program for major consumer electronics categories. In addition, Sonja is involved in deep technology and software start-ups and IP and growth companies as a board member, investor and advisor. Sonja is a popular speaker and trainer in Finland, Scandinavia and internationally and she also serves on the board of Licensing Executives Society International. Sonja holds a Master of Laws from the University of Helsinki and Executive MBA from Aalto University. She is ranked in IAM Strategy 300 as one of the world's top IP Strategists. In her free time Sonja is a foodie who enjoys cooking and fine dining. During summer she grows herbs in her backyard. Sonja enjoys also Nordic walking, water jogging and singing karaoke.

Paavo is one of the very first TactoTek employees and currently serves as Senior Vice President IMSE Technology. He has played an important role in the core manufacturing team during the commercialization of IMSE® technology since 2012, and he led the R&D from 2017 to 2022. Before joining TactoTek, Paavo gained extensive experience in global manufacturing in sourcing and supply chain quality positions at Nokia. He holds a M.Sc. degree in Manufacturing Engineering of Electronics. Paavo is a former national level martial artist who now fulfills his sweat addictions by various sports. He also enjoys reading and metal works.

Marko is responsible for TactoTek’s Consulting and Professional Services function including the technology transfer deployment for license customers. Prior to TactoTek, he held management roles in Europe and Asia at Lite-ON, EB, and Flextronics covering production operations, new technology introduction, quality management, and program management. Marko holds a B.Sc. Engineering, Production Automation. Marko's leisure time includes fitness, stock investing, photography, and reading business literature.

Thomas has over 30 years experience in leading global automotive business. Managing divisions of large international tiers as MD / GM as well as high tech technology start-ups as CEO, he is acting as passionate and inspiring leader with multi-cultural communication skills. He earned his PhD in electrical engineering at the Technical University of Darmstadt and gained sound knowledge of economic, social and technical issues through his international career. Thomas enjoys family time, mountain hiking, sports and photography.
